What you would do
- Prepare and maintain instruments and equipment for dental procedures
- Assist dentist with four-handed dentistry within state scope
- Take and develop dental radiographs
- Record patient medical history, blood pressure, and pulse
- Take dental impressions for study casts
- Clean and sterilize instruments per OSHA/WISHA regulations
Must have
- High school diploma or GED
- State credentials to function as a dental assistant
- Washington Registered Dental Assistant at hire
- Sealant certification
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
- Ability to travel to other Willamette Dental locations
Nice to have
- Graduation from ADA accredited dental assisting program
- Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) credential
