What you would do
- Advise C-suite executives in pharma, biotech, and CRO organizations
- Lead complex transformations in clinical research, patient services, and commercialization
- Improve clinical trial and patient operations including recruitment and engagement
- Shape supply chain and launch strategies for operational readiness and resilience
- Oversee client outcomes, engagement quality, economics, and risk
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and support data-driven recommendations
Must have
- 12+ years consulting or Life Sciences industry experience
- Leadership of complex transformation initiatives
- Executive client relationship experience
- Deep expertise in clinical research or CRO operations
- Expertise in patient services, commercialization, or product launch
- Expertise in supply chain or manufacturing
- Proven success originating opportunities and expanding accounts
- Experience advising senior executives on strategy
- Experience with supply chain strategy in regulated environments
- Experience connecting business strategy with data and AI
- Strong executive communication and commercial leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
