What you would do

- Lead large-scale transformation programs ensuring alignment with client objectives

- Mobilize multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable client impact
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and support data-driven recommendations
- Apply generative AI and automation to improve delivery efficiency and outcomes
Must have
- Extensive consulting or professional services experience
- Leadership of complex transformation programs
- Executive client relationship management experience
- Deep healthcare and/or life sciences expertise
- Understanding of industry business models and trends
- Proven experience originating opportunities and expanding accounts
- Ability to advise senior executives and influence decisions
- Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and talent development
- Strong commercial, financial, and communication skills
- Experience integrating AI tools like ChatGPT into workflows
- Ability to travel 25 to 50%
