What you would do

  • Advise C-suite executives on complex strategic, operational, and technology challenges
  • Lead large-scale transformation programs ensuring alignment with client priorities and outcomes
  • Build and manage strategic client relationships across the firm's capabilities
  • Oversee engagement quality, economics, risk, and client satisfaction
  • Use AI tools to enhance analysis, insights, and delivery efficiency
  • Originate new business and expand strategic accounts in healthcare and life sciences

Must have

  • Extensive consulting or professional services leadership experience
  • Deep expertise in healthcare and/or life sciences
  • Proven success advising C-suite executives
  • Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
  • Track record of originating new business and growing strategic accounts
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence decisions
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and translate into offerings
  • Experience building high-performing teams and developing senior leaders
  • Strong commercial judgment overseeing engagement economics and risk
  • Experience integrating AI tools like ChatGPT into workflows
  • Ability to travel 25 to 50%
