What you would do
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments at facilities and homes
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for care plans
- Deliver and document therapy interventions per physician orders
- Train therapy assistants on Functional Maintenance Programs
- Instruct staff, caregivers, and families on therapeutic equipment use
- Coordinate restorative and rehabilitative occupational therapy services
Must have
- Minimum five years progressive occupational therapy experience
- Two years occupational therapy with frail or elderly population
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
- Valid California Occupational Therapy license or eligibility
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to travel between locations 100% of time
Nice to have
- Master's degree in occupational therapy
