What you would do
- Conduct clinic nursing assessments to determine participant needs and goals
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop care plans
- Deliver and document nursing interventions per care plans
- Maintain safe environment and respond to physician orders
- Administer medications correctly
- Collaborate with physician and team to coordinate care
Must have
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- Unencumbered California RN License
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current First Aid certification
- Obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
- Maintain CPR and First Aid certification thereafter
Nice to have
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Two years nursing experience with frail or elderly population
- CPR and First Aid certification upon hire
- Experience working with frail and elderly population
