What you would do

  • Provide analytical and administrative leadership for therapy programs
  • Ensure team assists participants and therapists with appointment preparation
  • Oversee team executing predetermined treatment programs
  • Manage speech therapy contracts as needed
  • Follow regulatory statutes for rehabilitation services and PACE
  • Communicate strategic staffing needs to Center and Clinical Services Directors

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical or Occupational therapy
  • Five years of demonstrated rehabilitation experience
  • Physical and occupational knowledge to treat frail elderly patients
  • Two years of supervisory experience mentoring team members
  • Obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire

Nice to have

  • One to three years of management experience
  • CPR and First Aid certification upon hire
