What you would do
- Conduct nutrition assessments to determine participant needs and goals
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for care planning
- Deliver and document nutrition interventions per physician orders
- Oversee menu planning and meal delivery for safety compliance
- Manage nutrition staff including hiring, training, and mentoring
- Guide intake and enrollment process for prospective participants
Must have
- Registered Dietitian credential
- At least two years directing nutrition services in healthcare
- Current Basic Life Support and First Aid certification
- At least one year experience with frail or elderly population
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
Nice to have
- Geriatric care experience
- Chronic disease management experience
