What you would do
- Administer participant treatment programs as established by the Physical Therapist
- Assist Physical Therapist with vital signs, range of motion, and strength testing
- Coordinate with Rehabilitation team to implement activities based on individual treatment plans
- Handle scheduling of participant treatments, clinical visits, and billing
- Document physical therapy interventions per established care plans
- Provide treatments including exercise, gait training, functional training, and modalities
Must have
- PTA associate's degree from an accredited program
- Valid PTA license or proof of license eligibility
- Knowledge to treat frail, elderly participants with complex needs
Nice to have
- Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience
