What you would do
- Conduct physical therapy assessments in facility and occasionally at home
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop care plans
- Deliver and document interventions as agreed in participant care plans
- Provide exercise, gait training, and functional training of daily activities
- Administer treatments including massage, heat, sound, water, light, or electricity
- Supervise and train therapy assistants for Functional Maintenance Programs
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
- Valid California Physical Therapy License or proof of eligibility
- Obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
Nice to have
- Master's or doctoral degree in physical therapy
- CPR and First Aid certification upon hire
- Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience
