What you would do
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments in facility or home settings
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop care plans
- Deliver and document interventions per participant care plans
- Provide exercise, muscle re-education, gait, and ADL training
- Train and guide Therapy Assistants for Functional Maintenance Programs
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
- Valid New Jersey Occupational Therapy License or proof of eligibility
- Obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
Nice to have
- Master's degree in occupational therapy
- CPR and First Aid certification upon hire
- Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience
