What you would do
- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Assist with instrumental daily living activities like laundry and meal prep
- Measure and document participants' vital signs as instructed
- Act as a medical escort to appointments and support safe transfers
- Carry out home exercise programs as indicated in care plans
- Provide translation services as needed
Must have
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid certification
- Registered with Home Care Registry (HCA) prior to start
- Obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
- Proof of vaccination or vaccine declination form required
Nice to have
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Bilingual skills
- CPR and First Aid certification upon hire
