What you would do
- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist with instrumental activities of daily living like laundry and meal prep
- Measure and document participants' vital signs as instructed
- Act as a medical escort on vehicles to medical appointments
- Carry out home exercise programs as indicated in the care plan
- Provide translation services as needed
Must have
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid Certification
- Must be registered with Home Care Registry prior to start date
- Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
Nice to have
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Bilingual
- CPR and First Aid certification upon hire
