What you would do
- Assist participants with daily living activities like bathing and dressing
- Measure and document participants' vital signs as instructed
- Escort participants to and from medical appointments
- Oversee day center floor to ensure participant safety
- Assist with meal service and feeding participants as needed
- Maintain personal care supplies like incontinence and grooming items
Must have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year of personal care experience with seniors
- Willing and able to drive to participant escort assignments
- CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
- CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
- Proof of vaccination or vaccine declination form required
Nice to have
- Home Health Aide certification preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant in California preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred
