What you would do
- Assist participants with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Measure and document participants' vital signs as instructed
- Act as a medical escort, helping participants board and exit transportation
- Oversee day center floor activities to ensure participant safety
- Assist with meal service and feeding participants when needed
- Maintain personal care supplies such as incontinence and grooming items
Must have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year of experience providing personal care to seniors
- Willing and able to safely drive to participant escort assignments
- CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
- CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
- Proof of vaccination or vaccine declination form required
Nice to have
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in California preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred
