What you would do
- Lead and manage RN, LVN, and MA staff performance
- Oversee clinic operations for chronic and acute participant needs
- Coordinate with Complex Care team for smooth care transitions
- Develop workforce plans and ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Provide direct participant care within RN scope
- Manage hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring of direct reports
Must have
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- Unencumbered RN license
- Minimum two years nursing experience with frail or elderly population
- Experience leading in data-driven organization
- Willing to work varied schedule including nights, weekends, overtime
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Minimum one year supervisory experience
- Minimum one year case management or care coordination experience
- Outpatient or clinical experience
