The role

About Waterview Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare
Waterview Hills Campus includes two facilities providing subacute rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care.
What you would do
- Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident and family needs
- Use nursing process and judgment to deliver quality direct resident care
- Administer standard nursing treatments and medications and observe resident responses
- Communicate with care team to update nursing care plans and report findings
- Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses
- Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and activities based on resident needs
Must have
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Licensed and registered in good standing in New York as an LPN
- Dedicated to providing compassionate and clinically sound care
- Possess cooperation, caring, and enthusiasm for rehabilitation
- Interested in helping ill, injured, disabled, elderly, and challenging residents
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills
- Work well under pressure and harmoniously with all staff
