Waterview Hills Campus operates two facilities providing subacute rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care, aiming to deliver high-quality care and improve residents' quality of life.
What you would do
- Provide routine daily nursing care following established procedures
- Document resident care appropriately
- Maintain a calm atmosphere on the unit during shifts
- Prepare residents for meals, serve trays, and assist with feeding
- Check residents regularly to ensure personal care and hygiene needs are met
- Assist with bathing functions for residents
Must have
- Current and good standing CNA certification in New York State
- Dedicated to providing compassionate care to each resident
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about quality care
- Genuinely interested in helping ill, injured, disabled, elderly, and challenging residents
- Patience, cheerful disposition, and willingness to assist residents and coworkers
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible
- Willingness to work harmoniously with all staff
- Available to work every other weekend
