What you would do
- Build platform components like practice profile services and engagement scoring pipelines.
- Ship product features end-to-end from database to API to front-end.
- Integrate ML models by building pipelines and calling model endpoints.
- Write production-ready code with strong testing and observability.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Improve engineering practices including testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
Must have
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.
- Full-stack capabilities across backend services, APIs, and front-end.
- Experience with data pipelines or ETL systems.
- Comfort integrating ML models and handling predictions.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, system design, and debugging.
- Good judgment on tradeoffs between optimization and shipping.
- Ownership mentality to see features through to production.
