What you would do
- Own the research agenda for your assigned user group
- Scope and execute complex, multi-phase research studies
- Design and field quantitative research including needs sizing and concept testing
- Own sampling strategy for hard-to-reach populations
- Combine behavioral data with qualitative signals for deeper understanding
- Evolve measurement programs to track user outcomes
Must have
- 7+ years of UX research experience
- Strong mixed-methods research portfolio
- Fluency in both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Real sampling judgment for study representation
- Experience defining measurement programs adopted by business
- Ability to build and leverage research infrastructure
- Depth in consumer products at scale or B2B/SaaS
- Experience leading foundational, cross-functional research
- Superb communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Track record of influencing leaders without research experience
- Capability to navigate ambiguity and political nuance
