What you would do
- Design and analyze marketing attribution studies and experiments
- Quantify impact of marketing investments and translate to recommendations
- Analyze performance across paid, owned, and brand channels
- Build brand measurement frameworks like media mix modeling
- Evaluate engagement, activation, and retention across audiences
- Collaborate to build marketing performance data assets and dashboards
Must have
- 5+ years in data science or similar quantitative role
- Deep expertise in SQL
- Strong proficiency in Python or R
- Experience with experimentation design and causal inference
- Experience with incrementality testing or attribution
- Track record of owning analytical workstreams end-to-end
- Familiarity with marketing measurement approaches
- Ability to frame complex ambiguous analytical problems
- Skill in translating quantitative findings for varied audiences
- Strong foundation in statistical concepts
- Detail-oriented and proactive in fast-paced environment
