What you would do

  • Monitor and maintain complex cloud-based infrastructure and services
  • Automate and develop tooling, processes, and infrastructure
  • Support product engineering with scaling, performance, and uptime needs
  • Diagnose and debug production-related issues
  • Analyze and performance tune systems, code, and networking
  • Work with cutting-edge GenAI tools and technology

Must have

  • 5+ years supporting consumer-facing web application production environments
  • 2+ years on-call experience in 24/7 cloud-based production
  • 2+ years managing modern cloud environments like AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Experience with edge technologies like load balancers, reverse proxies, WAFs
  • Deep understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, DNS, NTP protocols

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
