- Hands-on delivery of AI or ML applications
- Strong experience with Python or TypeScript
- Experience with LLM tool calling and structured outputs
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation
- Experience with agent or workflow orchestration
- Ability to evaluate model quality and latency
- Experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD
- Experience with identity and access controls
- Experience with secrets management and retries
- Strong judgment on when to use deterministic logic
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools
