What you would do

  • Lead day-to-day technical delivery and remain hands-on in design and implementation
  • Convert product requirements into bounded designs, service contracts, and development tasks
  • Set standards for security, performance, observability, testing, and maintainability
  • Mentor engineers and provide actionable feedback on technical decisions
  • Collaborate with Product, BA, QA, and DevSecOps to demonstrate working results early
  • Manage technical debt and delivery risk across the pod

Must have

  • Strong recent hands-on Angular 17+ and TypeScript experience
  • Readiness to work in Angular 19.x
  • Experience with standalone components, RxJS/signals, state/change detection
  • Typed Reactive Forms with conditional and asynchronous validation
  • Experience with Material/CDK, reusable components, accessibility, performance
  • Frontend testing experience
  • Production experience with Python and FastAPI or comparable framework
  • Pydantic-style contracts, SQLAlchemy/ORM, REST design, authentication, validation
  • Understanding of asynchronous execution, long-running jobs, progress events
  • Experience with retries, idempotency, cancellation, and failure recovery
  • Relational data modelling and SQL/PostgreSQL, versioning and audit patterns
  • Experience with AWS, containers/EKS or Kubernetes, S3, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code

Nice to have

  • Life sciences or clinical technology domain experience
  • Exposure to study-design concepts like objectives/endpoints, arms, cohorts
  • Familiarity with Schedule of Activities, study schemas, amendments
  • Knowledge of CDISC, USDM, CDASH, or ODM standards
  • Awareness of GxP/CSV, ALCOA+, audit trails, electronic records
  • Understanding of requirements/test traceability and validated-state change control
