What you would do
- Lead delivery and operation of enterprise data analytics platforms
- Act as primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Drive platform enhancements, onboarding, support, and adoption
- Work with Clinical and Commercial stakeholders to gather requirements
- Manage and execute platform roadmaps with Product Owners
- Coordinate offshore development teams for enhancements and support
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years in analytics platforms, cloud platforms, or technology delivery
- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or Healthcare organizations
- Hands-on familiarity with Posit, Tableau Cloud, and Spotfire platforms
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and Kubernetes
- Experience in Agile delivery environments using Aha! and Jira
- Understanding of SDLC, platform operations, and support models
- Familiarity with GxP, validation, change control, and compliance processes
- Experience managing or coordinating offshore development teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Ability to challenge, negotiate, drive decisions, and manage priorities
- Experience supporting Clinical, Commercial, or regulated business functions
