What you would do

  • Own test strategy for internal platforms and client products
  • Design and maintain automated UI, API, and data-layer test suites
  • Use LLM-assisted tooling to accelerate test authoring and triage failures
  • Build and tune quality gates in CI/CD pipelines
  • Automate manual QA processes like release checklists and smoke verification
  • Reproduce and file defects with clear repro steps and context

Must have

  • 3 to 5 years in QA engineering, SDET, or test automation
  • Strong programming in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
  • Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, pytest, or equivalent
  • Practical API testing including contract, integration, and negative-path
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
  • Daily use of AI coding assistants and LLM tooling
  • Comfort with Git and containerized local environments
  • Ability to read application code to understand what is tested
  • Excellent written communication for distributed async team
  • High autonomy and self-direction in fast-moving environment
  • Willingness to learn blockchain, smart contracts, and cybersecurity

Nice to have

  • Experience testing Web3 applications with wallet flows or smart contract tooling
  • Experience building evaluation harnesses for LLM-powered features
  • Background in security testing or OWASP methodology
  • Performance and load testing with k6, Locust, or JMeter
  • Experience with observability tooling and production telemetry
  • Open source contributions to testing frameworks or developer tooling
  • Knowledgeable of latest trends in Blockchain and DeFi
