What you would do
- Own test strategy for internal platforms and client products
- Design and maintain automated UI, API, and data-layer test suites
- Use LLM-assisted tooling to accelerate test authoring and triage failures
- Build and tune quality gates in CI/CD pipelines
- Automate manual QA processes like release checklists and smoke verification
- Reproduce and file defects with clear repro steps and context
Must have
- 3 to 5 years in QA engineering, SDET, or test automation
- Strong programming in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, pytest, or equivalent
- Practical API testing including contract, integration, and negative-path
- Working knowledge of CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
- Daily use of AI coding assistants and LLM tooling
- Comfort with Git and containerized local environments
- Ability to read application code to understand what is tested
- Excellent written communication for distributed async team
- High autonomy and self-direction in fast-moving environment
- Willingness to learn blockchain, smart contracts, and cybersecurity
Nice to have
- Experience testing Web3 applications with wallet flows or smart contract tooling
- Experience building evaluation harnesses for LLM-powered features
- Background in security testing or OWASP methodology
- Performance and load testing with k6, Locust, or JMeter
- Experience with observability tooling and production telemetry
- Open source contributions to testing frameworks or developer tooling
- Knowledgeable of latest trends in Blockchain and DeFi
