What you would do

  • Own test strategy for internal platforms and client products
  • Design and maintain automated test suites in code
  • Use LLM-assisted tooling to accelerate test authoring and triage
  • Build and tune quality gates in CI/CD pipelines
  • Automate manual QA processes like release checklists and smoke verification
  • Reproduce and file defects with clear repro steps

Must have

  • 3 to 5 years in QA engineering or test automation
  • Strong programming in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
  • Experience with automation frameworks like Playwright or Cypress
  • Practical API testing against REST or GraphQL
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions
  • Daily use of AI coding assistants and LLM tooling
  • Comfort with Git and containerized local environments
  • Excellent written communication for distributed teams
  • High autonomy and self-direction in fast-moving environment
  • Willingness to learn blockchain and cybersecurity

Nice to have

  • Experience testing Web3 applications and wallet flows
  • Building evaluation harnesses for LLM-powered features
  • Background in security testing or OWASP methodology
  • Performance and load testing with k6 or Locust
  • Experience with observability tooling
  • Open source contributions to testing frameworks
  • Knowledge of latest trends in Blockchain and DeFi
