What you would do
- Design and ship features end-to-end across frontend and backend
- Model data and design APIs with clear contracts and migrations
- Build AI-native features like LLM orchestration and agentic workflows
- Use AI coding tools while maintaining code review discipline
- Automate internal engineering and security workflows
- Write secure code with input validation and proper auth
Must have
- 4+ years building and shipping production web applications
- Strong React and TypeScript with modern state management
- Server-side skills in Python or Node.js with API design
- Relational database experience, PostgreSQL preferred
- Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Docker and CI/CD pipeline configuration experience
- AI-forward development practice with LLM API integration
- Security-minded engineering instincts and web vulnerability knowledge
- Excellent asynchronous written communication skills
- Self-direction to own outcomes across time zones
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and evolving environments
- Willingness to learn blockchain and cybersecurity
Nice to have
- Web3 development with ethers.js or viem
- Experience building agentic systems or using MCP
- DevSecOps experience with infrastructure as code
- Prior work at cybersecurity, fintech, or crypto company
- Experience taking a product from zero to one
- Open source contributions
- Knowledge of latest blockchain and DeFi trends
