What you would do
- Perform maintenance and repairs on RRAD-owned ADP equipment
- Provide end-user technical support for factory-floor applications and LMP-connected hardware
- Ensure production computers have specialty applications like ETM interface configured
- Troubleshoot systems and LMP-connected applications via live and remote desktop
- Resolve hardware and connectivity issues with LMP-controlled printers and data acquisition equipment
- Assist users with online Employee-Self-Service time entry and review LMP ZCAT2 codes
Must have
- Verifiable experience managing and repairing Motorola-based radio systems
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Associate's degree required
- Active Secret Security Clearance required
- Must be a US Citizen and pass background check
