What you would do
- Lead full project lifecycle from planning to handover
- Develop and maintain master schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Establish project governance and reporting cadence
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure contractor compliance with milestones and guarantees
- Support procurement strategy and delivery model evaluation
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or building services engineering
- Minimum 10 years in data center construction or commissioning
- Proven delivery of large-scale Tier III+ or hyperscale data centers
- Working knowledge of critical data center systems design and operation
- Experience managing EPC or D&B contractors
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and IT infrastructure systems
- Familiarity with Uptime, TIA, NFPA, IEC, ISO standards
- Experience with project management tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving under tight deadlines
- Capable of delivering hyperscale, Tier III+, and colocation data centers
- Strong focus on mechanical and electrical engineering systems
Nice to have
- Master's degree in business administration or engineering leadership
- PMP, CDCP, or ATD certification
- Experience with 275kV grid intake and campus-scale developments
