What you would do

  • Lead full project lifecycle from planning to handover
  • Develop and maintain master schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Establish project governance and reporting cadence
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure contractor compliance with milestones and guarantees
  • Support procurement strategy and delivery model evaluation

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or building services engineering
  • Minimum 10 years in data center construction or commissioning
  • Proven delivery of large-scale Tier III+ or hyperscale data centers
  • Working knowledge of critical data center systems design and operation
  • Experience managing EPC or D&B contractors
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and IT infrastructure systems
  • Familiarity with Uptime, TIA, NFPA, IEC, ISO standards
  • Experience with project management tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving under tight deadlines
  • Capable of delivering hyperscale, Tier III+, and colocation data centers
  • Strong focus on mechanical and electrical engineering systems

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in business administration or engineering leadership
  • PMP, CDCP, or ATD certification
  • Experience with 275kV grid intake and campus-scale developments
