What you would do
- Lead full project lifecycle from planning to handover
- Develop and monitor master schedules, budgets, and resources
- Establish project governance and executive reporting dashboards
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure contractor compliance with milestones and guarantees
- Support procurement strategy and delivery model evaluation
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 10 years in data center construction or commissioning
- Experience with hyperscale or Tier III+ data centers
- Knowledge of critical systems: HVAC, electrical, fire suppression, BMS/SCADA
- Experience managing EPC or D&B contractors
- Knowledge of Uptime, TIA, NFPA, IEC, ISO standards
- Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving under deadlines
- Decision-making in high-pressure environments
- Local to Harquahala, AZ
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Business Administration or engineering leadership
- PMP, CDCP, or ATD certification
- Experience with 275kV grid intake
- Experience with campus-scale developments
