What you would do
- Design, develop, and test clinical prototypes
- Work directly with co-founders on product development
- Support mechanical development including design and hands-on work
- Oversee and execute experiments
- Help design preclinical studies
- Interface with clinicians
Must have
- BS or MS in mechanical or biomedical engineering or related field
- Experience with CAD tools like Solidworks or Fusion 360
- Ability to design complex mechanical parts and assemblies
- Basic experience with fabrication approaches and materials
- Interest in biomedical research and benchtop experiments
- Ability to execute experiments and analyze data
- Elementary data analysis with Matlab or Python
Nice to have
- 1-3 years work experience
- General knowledge of medical imaging
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Desire to grow into leadership role
