What you would do

  • Define and implement the site's EHS strategy and programs
  • Lead the integrated EHS management system including audits and CAPA
  • Ensure full environmental compliance with permits and regulations
  • Manage response to EHS incidents and drive root-cause analysis
  • Develop and oversee the occupational health and safety program
  • Partner with area owners to ensure equipment and facilities compliance

Must have

  • University degree in occupational health, environmental, or industrial engineering
  • Strong background in occupational health and safety
  • Demonstrable competence in environmental management and compliance
  • Experience with management systems auditing
  • Ability to identify risks and hazards in various areas
  • Knowledge of site requirements for EH&S and security
  • Fluent in Catalan and Spanish or English
  • 6-10+ years of EH&S and security management experience in industry
  • Experience with environmental compliance including permits and waste
  • Incident investigation and CAPA leadership experience
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
