What you would do

Define and implement the site's EHS strategy and programs
Lead the integrated EHS management system including audits and CAPA
Ensure full environmental compliance with permits and regulations
Manage response to EHS incidents and drive root-cause analysis
Develop and oversee the occupational health and safety program
Partner with area owners to ensure equipment and facilities compliance

Must have

University degree in occupational health, environmental, or industrial engineering
Strong background in occupational health and safety
Demonstrable competence in environmental management and compliance
Experience with management systems auditing
Ability to identify risks and hazards in various areas
Knowledge of site requirements for EH&S and security
Fluent in Catalan and Spanish or English
6-10+ years of EH&S and security management experience in industry
Experience with environmental compliance including permits and waste
Incident investigation and CAPA leadership experience
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
