What you would do
- Provide virtual dermatology advice to customers via phone, email, and video
- Collaborate with board specialists to advise customers in global markets
- Partner with global diagnostic customer and technical support teams
- Help optimize a platform for requesting and completing consultations
- Foster positive relationships within Zoetis and with customers and KOLs
- Facilitate continuing education and mentorship opportunities
Must have
- Board-certified dermatology specialist (ACVD, ECVD, or RCVS Diploma)
- 5+ years of specialist-level veterinary dermatology experience
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proven team player skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities
- Strong commitment to service
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work quickly with quality
- Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
