What you would do
- Lead art and design teams for assigned brands
- Provide strategic direction and creative feedback
- Develop and present award-worthy visual concepts
- Manage production efforts within budget constraints
- Build client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
- Address workflow issues in art and design processes
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field
- 10+ years of equivalent experience
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in art direction
- Portfolio demonstrating creative and conceptual design thinking
- Expert knowledge of design principles and typography
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Portfolio experience in healthcare or pharma industry
