What you would do
- Deliver excellent work on time and within budget
- Set up plans and processes to drive project success
- Motivate and direct cross-functional teams
- Establish and manage program communication and process
- Handle project estimation, planning, and profitability
- Track burn rate, resourcing capacity, and timelines
Must have
- 5+ years project management in advertising agency
- Experience with HCP/DTC health/pharma campaigns
- Proficiency with Ziflow, ProofHQ, or Workfront Proof
- Demonstrated experience with Smartsheet
- Track record in digital, social, print content delivery
- Experience with large integrated omnichannel programs
- High EQ and team motivation skills
- Self-motivated and driven to create great work
Nice to have
- CRM experience
- Customer experience and journey mapping for HCP/DTC
- Understanding of web standards and UX/UI
- Knowledge of optimization and search practices
