The role
This is a supplemental, travel-based oral and maxillofacial surgeon role with a dentist-owned private dental group in Reno, Nevada. The surgeon will travel to Reno 1-2 days per month to perform advanced surgical procedures on an established internal patient base, with cases coordinated in advance. Compensation is collections-based with estimated earnings of $12,000-$20,000+ per clinical day.

What you would do
- Travel to Reno 1-2 days per month for surgical days
- Perform third molar and complex surgical extractions
- Place dental implants and perform complex implant surgery
- Conduct bone grafting and ridge augmentation procedures
- Handle full-arch surgical procedures
- Manage sedation and anesthesia cases
Must have
- DDS or DMD degree
- Completed accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible oral surgeon
- Nevada dental license or ability to obtain one
- Appropriate anesthesia and sedation credentials
- Experience with third molar surgery
- Advanced surgical extraction experience
- Implant surgery experience
- Bone grafting experience
- Excellent communication and patient-management skills
- Ability to travel to Reno 1-2 days monthly
