What you would do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry with a cosmetic focus
- Perform esthetic restorative procedures, veneers, and smile design
- Deliver crowns, whitening, and everyday family dental care
- Collaborate with remaining doctor and founder during transition
- Maintain practice standards for patient care and case selection
- Build and maintain relationships with existing patient base
Must have
- Missouri dental license or license in process
- Comfortable in a small office where doctor is the brand
- Interested in cosmetic and comprehensive dental care
- Open to associate-only or becoming the next owner
- Trustworthy to take over founder's patients and reputation
