What you would do
- Coordinate and schedule in-house, virtual, and field training for new clinicians
- Contact new clinicians to confirm training schedules and outline expectations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding readiness
- Arrange travel accommodations for out-of-state trainings
- Conduct field training with clinicians in assigned territories
- Facilitate in-house and virtual clinical training sessions
Must have
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking
- Ability to travel frequently for training assignments
- Willing and able to travel within California and the US
- Reliable commute to or relocation to Burbank, CA
Nice to have
- 1-2 years of clinical, nursing, or education experience
- Prior experience in clinical education or training
