What you would do

  • Supervise daily execution of program responsibilities
  • Orient, train, and onboard outsource staff on workflows
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and identify development opportunities
  • Coordinate coverage across all Wound Care Programs
  • Serve as first point of escalation for staff and patient issues
  • Lead team huddles and participate in departmental meetings

Must have

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum three years clinical Medical Assistant experience
  • Ability to lead, coach, and mentor team members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in electronic medical records systems

Nice to have

  • Associate Degree or related healthcare field
  • Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant certification
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • One year wound care or specialty clinic experience
  • Previous lead, charge, or supervisory experience
