What you would do
- Supervise daily execution of program responsibilities
- Orient, train, and onboard outsource staff on workflows
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and identify development opportunities
- Coordinate coverage across all Wound Care Programs
- Serve as first point of escalation for staff and patient issues
- Lead team huddles and participate in departmental meetings
Must have
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum three years clinical Medical Assistant experience
- Ability to lead, coach, and mentor team members
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in electronic medical records systems
Nice to have
- Associate Degree or related healthcare field
- Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant certification
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- One year wound care or specialty clinic experience
- Previous lead, charge, or supervisory experience
