What you would do
- Coordinate and schedule training for new providers
- Contact providers to confirm training schedules and expectations
- Send internal communications across departments
- Prepare and distribute training materials and supplies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for onboarding readiness
- Arrange travel accommodations for out-of-state trainings
Must have
- 1-2 years of clinical, nursing, or education experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking
- Ability to travel frequently for training assignments
- Must be willing and able to travel within California and the US
- Must be able to commute to or relocate to Burbank, CA
