The role
This role involves traveling to patients' homes in the South Los Angeles region to provide physical therapy services. The therapist will perform evaluations, develop care plans, provide interventions, and educate patients and caregivers. This is a full-time 1099 independent contractor position with a 4/10 work schedule.

What you would do
- Travel to patient homes in assigned service area
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations in homes
- Assess strength, range of motion, balance, gait, and mobility
- Evaluate home environment for safety and fall risks
- Develop individualized plans of care based on evaluations
- Establish measurable short-term and long-term functional goals
Must have
- Current and valid California Physical Therapist license
- Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
- Ability to independently perform PT evaluations and develop care plans
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise and gait training
- Excellent patient assessment and pain management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage mobile caseload
- Punctual, dependable, organized, and professional
- Comfortable providing care in patients' homes
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Nice to have
- Experience with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, or neurological conditions
- Previous home health, mobile therapy, or outpatient experience
- CPR/BLS certification
What you get
- Guaranteed base pay of $1,080 per week
- $45 per patient visit
- $45 per additional visit beyond daily base of 6
- 4/10 work schedule with flexible start times
