What you would do

  • Travel to patients' homes to provide physical therapy
  • Review established plan of care before treatment
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and activities
  • Provide gait, balance, and mobility training
  • Train patients on assistive device use
  • Reinforce home exercise programs

Must have

  • Current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant license
  • Graduate of accredited PTA program
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
  • Ability to implement physical therapist's plan of care
  • Strong observation and patient monitoring skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with mobile caseload
  • Punctual, dependable, organized, and professional
  • Comfortable providing care in patients' homes
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel throughout assigned service area
  • CPR/BLS certification per company policy

Nice to have

  • Previous home health or mobile therapy experience
  • Outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric experience
  • Community-based experience

What you get

  • Guaranteed base pay of $840 per week
  • $35 per patient visit for visits beyond daily base of 6
