What you would do
- Conduct comprehensive pain assessments for various pain conditions
- Manage ongoing patient care for musculoskeletal, neuropathic, and chronic pain
- Perform or supervise interventional procedures like nerve blocks and injections
- Maintain accurate documentation per clinical and regulatory standards
- Ensure compliance with controlled substance prescribing and PDMP guidelines
- Develop individualized multimodal treatment plans for pain patients
Must have
- Licensed as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in TX
- Active state license and DEA if applicable

- Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or rehabilitation
