What you would do
- Conduct comprehensive pain assessments and manage ongoing patient care
- Develop individualized multimodal treatment plans for pain conditions
- Perform or supervise interventional procedures like nerve blocks and injections
- Maintain accurate documentation per clinical and regulatory standards
- Ensure compliance with controlled substance prescribing guidelines and PDMP
- Provide clinical oversight of specialized service lines
Must have
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active state license and DEA if applicable
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Nice to have
- Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or rehabilitation
