What you would do
- Develop expert-level psychiatric cases and reasoning challenges for AI systems
- Create accurate, clinically rigorous gold-standard answers with clear reasoning
- Evaluate nuanced psychiatric scenarios including complex differentials and edge cases
- Review AI-generated responses and identify clinical inaccuracies and reasoning gaps
- Provide structured feedback to research teams on AI performance
- Collaborate with AI research teams and other subject-matter experts
Must have
- Completed psychiatry residency through ACGME, AOA, or recognized national-equivalent program
- Medical degree: MD or DO from recognized institution
- Active board certification in psychiatry (ABPN, FRCPC, MRCPsych, FRANZCP, or equivalent)
- Active unrestricted medical license with no disciplinary action
- 3+ years independent clinical practice after residency, currently or within past two years
- Current or recent practice in accredited or government-licensed clinical setting
- Based in US, UK, Europe, or Australia
- Psychiatry must be primary area of professional practice
Nice to have
- 10+ hours per week of direct patient care currently
- Specialized expertise in addiction, child/adolescent, forensic, geriatric, or consultation-liaison psychiatry
- Subspecialty expertise through fellowship, board certification, or two years relevant practice
- Experience developing or administering OSCEs
- Current or recent faculty appointment in psychiatry department
- Experience reviewing, evaluating, grading, or developing clinical educational content
