What you would do
- Author original multiple-choice questions testing deep medical knowledge
- Assign difficulty levels to questions
- Create one correct answer and nine plausible distractors
- Develop structured solutions explaining reasoning
- Support questions with 1-5 academic references
- Review existing questions for medical accuracy and clarity
Must have
- MD, DO, PhD, or doctoral candidate in medicine or related field
- Master's degree with exceptional expertise may be considered
- Strong command of advanced medical knowledge and clinical reasoning
- Ability to critically evaluate medical evidence
- Excellent written English for complex medical concepts
- Attention to detail and rigorous fact-checking
- Comfortable working independently on challenging tasks
Nice to have
- Board certification or relevant clinical experience
- Research publications or advanced specialization in health field
