What you would do
- Assist dentists during procedures using four-handed dentistry
- Take radiographs, impressions, and other diagnostic needs
- Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment
- Provide post-operative instructions to patients
- Manage the doctor's schedule
- Maintain operatory room inventory
Must have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dental assisting experience with four-handed dentistry
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations like HIPAA and OSHA
- Open to cross-training in general and specialty dentistry
- Physical stamina for the job
- Willing to work a flexible schedule
Nice to have
- Experience with Dentrix or EagleSoft software
- Associate's degree
