What you would do
- Plan and evaluate nursing care for surgical patients
- Perform pre-admission assessments by phone or in person
- Prepare patients for surgery and provide pre-operative instructions
- Ensure patient records are complete before admission
- Communicate abnormal medical history to anesthesiologist
- Coordinate patient flow with reception and OR rooms
Must have
- Graduate of accredited School of Registered Nursing
- Active Florida RN license
- Minimum one year PACU or critical care experience
- Current CPR certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
