What you would do
- Evaluate and manage patient needs
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Collaborate with investigators, staff, and patients on research
- Provide on-call coverage for patients on home chemo pumps
- Administer chemotherapy medications including injections and IVs
- Document medications given or prescribed per protocols
Must have
- Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing
- Active Florida Registered Nurse license
- Current BLS certification or obtain within three months
- Current ACLS certification or obtain within six months
Nice to have
- Two years of oncology experience
- Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification through ONS within 90 days of hire
